Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair New Jersey started in 2008 with a single technician and a used service van. Marcus Reid had spent a decade repairing appliances for a national chain and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork. The first year we completed 300 repairs across New Jersey. By 2014 that number was over 3,000 per year.
Today ProFix Appliance Repair New Jersey is New Jersey's highest-rated appliance repair company, with 50,000+ repairs completed and a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.
